Meet Jannah
Founder of CodeCompliance
I started CodeCompliance after more than 10 years in building operations and council documentation. As operations manager for a successful building company, I worked across residential builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs, often helping clients gather their paperwork and work through council submissions.
I also coordinated information and tradespeople when our company was brought in to put right or finish work started by other builders. I found that bringing those people and details together was something I was good at and really enjoyed.
Today, I help property owners across the wider Auckland region understand what is outstanding, organise their documentation and work through the council process. CodeCompliance grew from that experience and my passion for helping people make sense of what needs to happen next.
CodeCompliance is an Auckland-based building compliance consultancy. We work directly with Auckland Council on behalf of property owners who are dealing with unconsented building work, missing compliance certificates, or an outstanding Notice to Fix.
Rather than simply telling clients what needs to be done, we take ownership of the process — coordinating the relevant professionals and inspections, preparing the required documentation, and managing every piece of council correspondence until the matter is resolved.
