To operate this website and deliver our services, we use a small number of trusted third-party providers:

• Replit — our website is hosted on Replit's cloud infrastructure. Replit may process server logs and request data as part of normal hosting operations.
• Resend — we use Resend to deliver contact form enquiries to our inbox. When you submit the contact form, your name, phone number, email address, and description are transmitted through Resend's email delivery service.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf. We do not authorise them to use your personal information for any purpose other than delivering the services described above.

Data retention

Enquiries submitted through this website are kept for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement with you. We do not retain personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary or required by law. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, please contact us and we will do so promptly.

We provide honest advice based on your specific property and situation. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from Auckland Council. Final decisions on building consents, certificates, and notices rest with Auckland Council, not with CodeCompliance.
